Devika says that Anupamaa’s kids are useless. Anupama claims that Pakhi, Rahi and Paritosh don’t love her, but being a mother, she can never despise them. Devika thinks Rahi is incredible. Anupama says that she had tried to heal connections with Rahi, but now she will simply pray for her and cease trying to mend their relationship.
Devika asks Anupamaa if she will return to Mumbai or stay with Shah. Anupama says she hasn’t thought about it yet. Devika advises him to avoid overanalyzing the situation. She informs Anupamaa about the surprise she has in store for her. When Anupamaa inquires as to whether it is stunning or unexpected, Devika remains silent. Instead, she encourages Anupamaa to fulfill her bucket list in case something happens to her, adding that life is unpredictable.
Anupama suspects that Devika is hiding something. Devika gives him a diary and begs him to maintain it till his last breath. Anupama feels worried when she receives a medical report, but Devika stops her midway. Since Anupama thinks Devika is hiding something, she decides to find out the truth. She offers Devika a prayer.
Meanwhile, Gautam asks Vasundhara if she believes that Rahi would cheat on them. He feels that Rahi and Anupama are operating as a team. Gautam warns that if Rahi loses, the reputation of the Kotharis will be hurt. Vasundhara says that it is not simply a competition but a question of family dignity. Gautam swears to make sure Anupamaa doesn’t win.

Leela asks him to take revenge on the Kotharis. Anupamaa promises her that she will win. Manohar plans to arrange a celebration, but Ansh recommends that they conduct Ganpati Visarjan later. The Shah family cheers for Anupamaa’s squad.
