He says that the principal or the lawyer should go with him, and the principal agrees. Ishaani says she doesn’t want anyone else to be embarrassed because of her. The lawyer provides her the choice to leave the house rather than endure the in-laws’ abuse. Ishaani admits that she is not independent enough to take such a decision and cannot cut all links with her family. The lawyer and the principal get ready to go in automobile.
Anurag tells Ishaani to call him if she ever needs him before he leaves, but Ishaani tells him she will fight her own battle. Ishaani helps Anurag in the automobile while he is having a hard time because of his injuries. Shashwat is talking to Nandini about the meal they might have after their meeting when the doorbell rings. Raj says that Ishaani isn’t home. Eternal looks at the clock and stares at Ishaani while she isn’t there.
When Shaani arrives home, Shashwat asks her where she is. According to Pihu, Ishaani went to see Anurag. She later admits that she did so to support him after the cops beat him up and filed a false complaint. She reveals that Anurag is now in the college quarters and he did this since Pihu had realized that he is innocent. Ishaani says that Anurag was acting strange, which is why she did this.
Shashwat chastises her for not informing anyone.
He wouldn’t have let her go, according to Ishaani, if she had asked. When Shashwat threatens her by claiming that she cannot stay in his house. Ishaani maintains that she has to pursue the legal route. Enraged, Shashwat smacks him and says that he creates his own house rules and wonders why he should live with someone like him. Ishaani confronts him and explains that she knows about his behaviour with Nandini. His behaviour in the meeting, reminding him that money can’t buy everything and that he has violated the law by hitting her.
Nandini informs Shashwat that Ishaani can make the case, but Shashwat laughs and challenges her to try. He throws ishaani out of the house and says that she would now lose all rights to be his wife. Ishaani promises that God would not forgive Shashwat and he will have to bear the fruits of his misdeeds.
